Calendar in Letos works with Google Calendar. Holidays and name days are built in and work without an account. This guide shows how to get started.

1. Connect Google Calendar
If you connected Gmail through Google, you already have your calendar. Otherwise click Add a Google account in Calendar and grant access in the browser.
Letos doesn’t support iCloud or CalDAV calendars yet. You can still add invitations from e-mail (.ics files).
2. Switch views
| View | Key |
|---|---|
| Day | D |
| 5 days | 5 |
| Week | W |
| Month | M |
T jumps to today, ← / → move back and forward. On the iPhone there’s also a 3 days view.
3. Create an event
- Click New event (or the C key).
- Fill in the title, from–to time, calendar, place and guests.
- Send invitations to guests decides whether guests get an invitation.
- Suggest a time finds a free slot in working hours over the next 7 days.
Faster options: the V key and dictation (“tomorrow at 15:30 meeting with Peter” — Letos shows a preview and creates nothing until you confirm).
4. Reply to an invitation
Reply in the event peek or right in the e-mail: Yes, No, Maybe. An invitation e-mail has an Event invitation bar with an Open in calendar button.
5. Choose what you see and set reminders
- In the left panel, tick individual calendars. The filter at the top switches All events, Only my calendars and Only my events.
- Letos sends one reminder before each timed event. Set how far ahead in Settings → Notifications → Remind about an event how many minutes ahead (0–180, default 10).
- On the computer and web the reminder arrives while Letos is running. On the iPhone the system schedules it, so it arrives even when the app is closed.
