Letos is in beta. What that means

AI assistants

Coming

Connect your AI assistant to Letos

Letos can also run as an interface for AI assistants. Through it, an assistant (say, Claude Desktop or Claude Code) can reach your mail, calendar, tasks and goals. Letos itself sends no data anywhere. What the assistant reads and where it sends it is governed by its provider's terms.

How it works

The interface runs as part of the desktop app, over the same database the app itself uses. No new path to your data, no cloud middleman. It only talks to processes on your own computer.

What an assistant can do

  • Read and manage tasks and goals (yearly, quarterly, weekly).
  • Read calendar events.
  • Read, archive and snooze mail threads.
  • Draft a reply — never sends it without your explicit confirmation.
  • Look at today's plan and the weekly overview, the same way the Letos home screen does.

What an assistant can't do

Send an email without your confirmation. Reach data from anywhere other than your own computer. Letos sends none of this anywhere. The assistant talks directly to the app over an interface on your computer.

Availability:The interface for AI assistants is in the desktop app. Turn it on in Settings → Agents; the steps are in the help. It is not on iPhone or the web version yet. Letos opens to everyone on 1 January 2027.
