You only pay for more mailboxes, devices and storage

Because a second mailbox means a work tool, not personal use — not because it costs us anything. Local AI, the three modules, history and search are untouchable and never get a price tag, even if that hurts conversion.

Your mail, calendar and tasks are not deleted. Mailboxes and devices above the free plan's limit are deactivated — you choose which one stays active — and they come back unchanged the moment you pay again. The one exception is synchronized attachments over 100 MiB, the free plan's limit: they are marked for deletion, oldest first, and deleted after 14 days (30 days for an account that only had Plus through the beta). We warn you beforehand, and you can cancel the deletion by moving back to Plus or freeing up space.

By default every price is shown including VAT. Plus is billed including VAT; Team is billed excluding VAT for businesses, with VAT added on top — so both plans also show the other variant, converted at the Czech 21 % rate and marked “≈”. Businesses can switch to prices excluding VAT with the toggle above the table. Business customers with a valid VAT ID are invoiced by Paddle under the reverse-charge mechanism where the law allows it, in which case VAT is not charged. The exact amount for the country you pay from is calculated by Paddle, the Merchant of Record, as soon as you first touch the table (a toggle or the Plus button) with JavaScript on.

Yes. The app works without a connection. It never waits for the network at startup — plan checks run in the background, and if our server is down your last known plan stays valid for 14 more days, so an outage on our end never punishes a paying customer.

Local AI runs on your own device. Today that's macOS; we are preparing it for Windows and Linux. It isn't available on iOS or the web.
