ComingConnect your AI assistant to Letos.
A local MCP server gives your assistant access to mail, calendar, tasks and goals. You send the replies yourself.
Letos for agentsThe app for this year
Turn an email into a task, the task into time.
A fast app for your Mac and iPhone. You don't have to keep anything in your head, and your data stays with you.

How it works
Turn an email into a task with Create task, then drag the task into your calendar. No copying between apps.
Mail → task
Create a task from it with Create task. The link to the message stays with the task.
Task → time
Drop it on a free slot in your week and it gets a one-hour block. On the Mac, with a connected calendar.
Reply
Type what you want to reply and on-device AI prepares a draft. You send it yourself.
Local AI runs only on the Mac for now. Windows and Linux are coming. It doesn't run locally on iPhone or the web; you can set up your own AI endpoint on iPhone.

Letos for agentsPrivacy
Mail, calendar and tasks live in a database on your computer. Only encrypted data travels between your devices, and the server can't read it.
No third-party mail API between you and your mailbox.
The server carries encrypted data only. It never sees the content.
Nothing is measured in the app. Crashes stay in a local log.
From the founder
The year is the one unit in which people genuinely commit to something. Tools ignore it anyway: tasks in one app, the calendar in another, and your day run by the inbox.
I'm building Letos the other way round: the year on top, today beneath it, and mail serving both.
Everything runs on your own device, because I wouldn't send my own year to anyone either. I build it alone, so I can keep Letos small and honest.
FAQ
Invites go out from December 2026 and Letos opens to everyone on 1 January 2027. The number of invites is limited, because Letos is built and supported by one person.
Letos is free forever for 1 mailbox and 1 device. Letos Plus is €60 a year or €6 a month and adds unlimited mailboxes, 5 devices and sync. AI is free on every plan.
On your device. Mail, calendar and tasks sit in a local database. Only encrypted blocks travel between your devices, and the relay never sees their content. Nothing is measured in the app.
Letos connects to the mailbox you already have: directly over IMAP, and Gmail through Google sign-in. The web version will have no mail, just tasks and calendar.
Your mail, calendar and tasks are not deleted. Mailboxes and devices over the limit are deactivated, you choose which ones stay active, and they come back after your next payment. The one exception is synchronized attachments over 100 MiB: they are deleted after 14 days, details are on the pricing page.
Yes, fully. The app never waits for the network; your mail, calendar and tasks are on your computer.
One email to confirm your address, then one with your invite when it's ready. No newsletter unless you switch it on yourself.
